RECRUITING OPERATIONS- ANALYST

  • Identified and created organization wide process for our ATS, enabling Zocdoc to transition from a reactive to a proactive hiring model
  • Initiated and maintain automated reporting across recruiting for executive reports and accurate evaluation of measuring success
